Spandex Yarn
o Made of high-strength polyurethane
o Stretches over 500% and fully recovers
o Tear, abrasion, sweat, and UV resistant

Polyester Yarn
o Composed of PET polymers
o High tensile strength; abrasion resistant

o Forms: DTY, FDY, POY; counts from fine to heavy

Viscose Yarn
o Regenerated cellulose (wood pulp)
o Silk-like drape, soft and smooth
o Highly breathable; good moisture absorbency

Nylon Yarn

1. Denim Fabric
o 100% cotton or cotton-blend twill
o Weights 6–15 oz; raw, washed, stretch options
o Iconic diagonal rib; ideal for jeans, jackets
2. Greige Fabric
o Unprocessed woven/knitted base o Off-white; any fiber content o Supplied for further dyeing, printing, finishing
3. PFD (Prepared for Dyeing)
o Scoured, bleached; free of impurities
o High absorbency; minimal shrinkage
o Ready for custom dyeing and printing
4. RFD (Ready for Dyeing)
o Fully pre-treated, often mercerized
o Excellent dye uptake; optical white
o Used in apparel, home textiles
5. Twill Fabric
o Diagonal weave; strong and drapable
o Cotton, polyester, silk, wool blends
o Examples: chinos, gabardine, denim
6. Drill Fabric
o Heavy cotton twill; rugged and durable
